Hey! How do you think, is it enough to go to swimming pool once per week to stay fit or no? If no, which excercises should I do at home to be fit? Unfortunately, I have no time to visit gym :(

Once a week is not enough. Do your morning exercise every day, and you'll be fine :)

@DarOv is right, once a week is too little. As for home exercise, if you can afford it, you might be able to get a treadmill or elliptical, which are great machines for keeping fit.

I strongly recommend the elliptical as @brown suggested. It's a really nice piece of equipment and very practical.

Personally, I don't really like the machines. I prefer to work out with my own weight. And I do it 4 times a week, but not very intensively.
